Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase. By default, the subscription will automatically renew unless you manually turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage your subscriptions and disable auto-renewal by accessing your Account Settings after making a purchase.
